Following a comprehensive upgrade — including a newly fitted kitchen, new carpets, and a full interior repaint — our role was to enhance the finished spaces and prepare the property for market with a cohesive, aspirational presentation.
This four-bedroom home enjoys exceptional views of the iconic Rock of Cashel from the main bedroom — a unique selling point that strongly influenced our design approach. We carefully styled the principal bedroom to draw the eye toward the view, using a soft, layered palette and refined furnishings to frame the outlook while creating a calm, luxurious atmosphere.
Throughout the home, we introduced carefully selected furniture, artwork, lighting, and accessories to complement the recent renovations and ensure a seamless flow from room to room. The new kitchen was styled to feel warm and inviting, while the refreshed colour scheme and carpets were enhanced through thoughtful texture and tonal layering.
To maximise buyer appeal and demonstrate the home’s versatility, we made a strategic decision to stage one of the four bedrooms as a nursery, presenting the property as an ideal family home. The additional fifth room, located on the ground floor, was styled as a flexible guest space using a sofa bed. This approach provided prospective buyers with a clear vision of how the room could function as a spare bedroom, home office, or multipurpose space — showcasing the adaptability of the layout.
