Alison Grace-Gahan is an interior designer whose career is defined by discipline, integrity and a deep commitment to thoughtful design. Over nearly three decades, she has delivered projects internationally across multiple sectors, developing a refined understanding of proportion, spatial flow and the practical demands behind every brief. Her work is guided by clarity and structure rather than excess.

 

Design has never been simply aesthetic for Alison — it has been about responsibility. The responsibility to interpret a space correctly. To understand its purpose. To ensure that every design decision serves a function as well as a visual outcome.

 

In 2024, Grace Gahan Interiors relaunched with renewed direction. That period marked a natural refinement of Alison’s career, bringing decades of residential and commercial interior design into a more focused specialism: design-led property preparation, show home design and considered property staging.

 

By 2026, this direction defines the studio. Property staging, show home design and design-led property preparation hold equal importance within the practice. Each discipline is approached with precision, creativity and care, ensuring every property is presented with balance, intention and quiet confidence.

 

Alongside leading the studio, Alison continues her work as a design educator at a respected international design school. Teaching keeps her engaged with evolving industry conversations while reinforcing the core principles that have shaped her career. This dual role — practitioner and educator — reflects her ongoing commitment to integrity within the design industry.
